N.H. House Votes Down Medical Marijuana

The N.H. House voted 186-177 to kill H.B. 774 that would have allowed the use of marijuana with a doctor's recommendation for treatment of debilitating medical conditions.

While it is unfortunate that N.H. representatives like
Democrat William Butynski ignored the needs of their constituents, this was still a very close vote. New Hampshire will become a medical marijuana state in the near future.

Where does NH come up with 363 delegates? I think I drove through that state in like five minutes once. And isn't their motto, "live free or die"? This vote doesnt seem to go along with that.
