Drug Czar John Walters was just introduced by drug testing industry profiteer and former federal drug official Robert DuPont. Walters also pontificated about the need to do something about young people's lack of educational opportunities and the problem of youth being pushed into cycles of crime and failure. Yet, he continues to ignore how the HEA Drug Provision is a major cause of such problems.
