Souder right before his upcoming election. While the 3rd District of Indiana is very conservative, the DCCC just marked his current race against Michael Montagano (D) as a targeted "red to blue" race. If we wrote up a conservative-tailored letter bashing Souder for stripping financially-needy students of their education and sent it to prominent constituents, maybe it could have some effect. When Bush ran for governor of Texas he asked Texans who did not support him to at least not support his opponent (not to credit Bush, but it worked).
